Since 2012, with the approval of the leaders of The State Council, the Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology have successively selected 10 cities in Shanxi, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Guizhou and Gansu provinces to carry out automobile pilot work, and put into operation 1024 methanol vehicles, with a total mileage of more than 184 million kilometers. The adaptability, reliability, economy, safety and environmental protection of methanol vehicles have been comprehensively and systematically verified. Our company has been following the pilot work since the beginning, and started to develop methanol automobile engine lubricating oil. The passenger car driving test of methanol vehicles has been carried out in Weihai. In 2017 and 2018, we participated in the Kunshan International Commercial Vehicle Exhibition and methanol Automobile Seminar, where we introduced and promoted our methanol automobile engine oil, which attracted the attention of the global methanol Association, and made a special report on our methanol automobile engine oil at the 2018 World Internal Combustion Engine Congress, which was highly recognized by industry experts. In January 2019, we established an industry-university-research alliance with the Key Laboratory of Internal Combustion Engine Combustion Science of Tianjin University. Together with us, we conducted bench test and data collection of methanol automobile engine oil, and modified our existing diesel diesel vehicles with diesel-methanol binary combustion. Currently, we are testing and collecting data on the application of methanol automobile engine oil in commercial vehicles independently developed by us. In 2018, under the guidance of Automotive Standardization Institute of Tianjin Automotive Technology Research Center, after two meetings of expert demonstration, a draft was formed. During the standard drafting process, the Automotive Standardization Institute of China Automotive Technology and Research Center provided us with many valuable suggestions.
