Vulcanized cutting oil is prepared by sulfur vulcanized animal and plant oil and then blended with appropriate mineral oil. With good lubrication performance, cooling performance and extreme pressure resistance, it is an ideal cooling lubricant for metal processing.
Scope of application
It is suitable for cutting all kinds of metals, especially black metals with high precision and tough metal materials, processing stainless steel and tempered steel and so on has a high effect. If it is used for non-ferrous metals or alloys, it should be cleaned in time to prevent corrosion.
