Product performance
The refined lubricating oil fraction is made by adding additives such as coolant and antioxidant. It can significantly reduce the hardening deformation of thin wall and complex shape workpiece such as automobile gear, motorcycle gear, clutch plate and bearing ring, thereby improving the product accuracy, reducing the machining allowance of the workpiece and significantly reducing the production cost. High flash point and ignition point, martensite isothermal quenching can be achieved. The workpiece surface is easy to clean after quenching. Excellent thermal oxidation stability, long service life under high temperature conditions.
Scope of application
It is used for the quenching of alloy steel, carburized steel and other materials in the range of 120°C~160°C.
